I did my MBBS from Rawalpindi Medical College, where I got my first experience with psychiatric and mental health issues in my third year. Following that, I have worked as a House Physician at the Institute of Psychiatry, Benazir Bhutto Hospital. Currently I’m a resident in Psychiatry at Ganga Ram Hospital, Lahore. I have also been associated with the Viktor Frankl Institute of Logotherapy since 2018. I’ve also been under the tutelage of Dr. Yousuf since 2013, participating in and arranging various workshops and seminars centered around meaning in life, death and suffering, effective communication skills, strategic vision, stress, and time management, child sex abuse etc.

From here I draw my aspirations to develop a more inclusive, growth-oriented and community-centered approach in the field of psychiatry and psychotherapy.
