LOVE, IT’S WHAT MAKES THE WORLD GO ROUND?

Aside from the scientific inaccuracy of the previous statement, love is certainly a pillar in our lives. It features in every episode of our otherwise dull existence. A dearth of it makes us lonely. When unrequited, it makes us ache, quite literally. A new and burgeoning love can leave us feeling mad, euphoric, infatuated, and giddy. It makes for an interesting concoction of emotions that can take us (often gladly) off-guard.

When it fissures and implodes, we experience heartbreak. It pulls and tugs at our heartstrings yet despite the plethora of ailments and symptoms it induces, we do not seek help or guidance. We watch the wound fester rather than treat it, or better yet, take precautionary measures.

We want to change that! Let us educate ourselves on what this elusive emotion is, or is it even an emotion, to begin with?

A misunderstanding or ignorance about love has deep consequences on multiple aspects of our life. Our mental health can nosedive, our ability to nurture and sustain intimate bonds can be impeded and the amount of sweet nectar we extract from the seasons of life is limited.

By combining a psychological, sociological, and spiritual perspective, we are busting myths about love and relationships. Turning the enigma of love into something you can grasp and implement in your relationships.
