Profile Summary

I am a Mental Health Coach at Telepsychiatry Pakistan and have been in training at Telepsychiatry Pakistan since February 2020. I am a student in MSc. Applied Psychology and hold a post graduate diploma in Applied Psychology. I am also a graduate in Defense and Diplomatic Studies and shifted to Psychology due to my keen interest and passion towards human experience. I am particularly interested in anxiety from a logo-therapeutic perspective. I believe in meeting each person where they are and supporting them as they move to take the driving seat in their own therapy. Life’s a struggles are a universal phenomenon and every person’s response is shaped by how they look at them. I aspire to help people realize their potential by garnering insights towards their suffering from an evolving perspective of choice and growth. I have been a part of various campaigns by Telepsychiatry Pakistan including Mental Health Awareness, Wounded Healthcare, Understanding Addiction, Ramadan and Mental Health, and Parenting. I have also presented at webinars organized by different universities as a guest speaker on the topics of Mental Health Awareness, and Addiction as part of our campaigns. Curious about human perspectives, I enjoy conversing with people from various backgrounds.
